Hi I'm Sara!
I'm a Yoga and meditation teacher, nutritionist and scientist. All of this informs my approach to helping people to align, heal, and thrive.
We feel our best when we:
Are connected to and feel good in our bodies
Have a calm and clear mind and the space to be thoughtful and creative
Can make decisions and take action aligned with our deep intentions and values.
ALIGN: Being physically, mentally, and emotionally aligned with our core self ignites the spark to be inspired and truly at peace.
HEAL: When the body and mind are at peace, our innate, natural healing is supported.
THRIVE: When our outer actions reflect our inner thoughts and intentions and we are at peace with the current conditions of our life, we are free to prosper and flourish.

Yoga is more than just a physical practice. It works on a physical, mental, and subtle level to awaken self-knowledge to cultivate, activate, and maintain
physical and mental balance and well-being.
