Donations welcome as a form of reciprocity, but not required. If you are a front-line COVID-19 worker, have lost your job, or are otherwise financially strapped, PLEASE attend for free.

All classes held via Zoom and pre-registration is required to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.  No fee required at time of registration.​

  • After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

  • Portal will be opened 10 minutes early to greet you and get settled.

  • Find yourself a quiet corner of your abode, bring your yoga mat, a blanket, and other props that you use. If you don't have any props, no worries, we'll wing it!

  • Please log in a few minutes early to get settled.

During challenging times, our self-fortifying practices become even more important. Join me for gentle, yet vibrant yoga classes to cultivate steadiness and resilience in body, mind, and spirit. These 90 minute classes will include movement, breathe work, self-reflection, and culminate in meditation.

Yoga and Meditation

Yoga and Meditation are two foundational tools for aligning ourselves for increased health and well-being. I embrace the philosophy that we are most successful when we are engaged in activities that speak to our hearts and light us up.
 
The diversity of yogic and meditation approaches means that there are a myriad of ways to approach these tools and that instead of a "one-size-fits-all", we can bring them to us to meet us where we are. Indeed, that is the yogic and Ayurvedic way.
 
My classes and private sessions are based on alignment principles that are mindful of safe and healthy positioning of the body and also alignment of ourselves with our deeper inner essence. My approach is rooted in the ancient philosophy and life-affirming system of Tantra, a vast collection of practices aimed at cultivating inner steadiness, greater awareness and understanding of ourselves, and increased capacity to live a full and joyful life.
What to expect:
My yoga classes typically move at a slower pace, are more inwardly focused and integrate:
  • Asanas - slow and dynamic movement and postures to cultivate strength and ease in the physical body
  • Pranayama - breath practices to balance the nervous system, clear and steady the mind, and build vitality
  • Mantra, bhanda, and mudra - Tantric tools for purifying, focusing, and containing our energy to help guide us closer to Source, or our deep inner essence
  • Meditation - intentional practices to build inner stability, access inspiration, and touch into Spirit for increased joy and freedom
  • I also offer Restorative and Yoga Nidra, two forms of yoga that aim to deeply relax, renew, increase vitality, and ultimately, aim to connect us with spirit.
